DMCA / Copyright Policy
OTT Cybersecurity LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Lyrie AI to do the same.

1. Overview
This policy describes how copyright owners can report infringing material hosted on or facilitated by Lyrie AI services, and how affected users can submit counter-notices, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through the Lyrie AI platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit Lyrie to locate the material (URL, account ID, or scan report ID).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Delaware and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Lyrie will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant initiates a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
Lyrie will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. A user is considered a repeat infringer if they receive two or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period.
6. Good Faith & Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
