Cookie Policy

Lyrie AI uses a minimal set of cookies — strictly what is necessary to operate the platform. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Effective: April 1, 2026 · OTT Cybersecurity LLC

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They allow websites to remember information about your visit. Local storage and session storage are similar browser technologies that serve comparable purposes.

2. Cookies We Use

All cookies used by Lyrie AI are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use any optional, analytics, or advertising cookies.

3. Local Storage

We use browser local storage for:

  • Theme preference: Remembers your light/dark mode selection.
  • Dashboard state: Remembers sidebar collapse state and selected filters for a better user experience.
  • Cookie consent: Records whether you have acknowledged the cookie banner.

No personal data is stored in local storage. All entries can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

4. What We Do NOT Use

Lyrie AI does not use:

  • Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform
  • Advertising cookies or retargeting pixels
  • Social media tracking widgets
  • Cross-site tracking cookies
  • Browser fingerprinting for tracking purposes (fingerprint signals used by Captcha are ephemeral and not stored)

5. Desktop & Mobile Applications

The Lyrie AI Security & Privacy desktop and mobile applications do not use browser cookies. They authenticate using secure API tokens stored in the operating system's credential manager (Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, libsecret on Linux).

6. Third-Party Cookies

The only third-party service that may set cookies on Lyrie domains is Stripe (our payment processor), which sets its own cookies during the checkout process for fraud prevention. Stripe's cookie policy is available at stripe.com/cookies-policy.

7. Your Choices

Because we only use essential cookies, disabling them may prevent the platform from functioning correctly (you will not be able to sign in). However, you can:

  • Clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
  • Use browser privacy modes (incognito/private) which clear cookies after each session.
  • Configure your browser to block specific cookies, though this may break authentication.

8. Changes

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (which we have no plans to do), we will update this policy and request your explicit consent before setting them. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
